
All cooking demonstrations will be held in the Main House Kitchen. Larissa is predominantly a lacto-ovo vegetarian but occasionally consumes seafood. Some demonstrations may include meat.
1 MONTH SILK ROUTE CULINARY RETREAT (one person)
Over the course of four weeks learn how to make authentic Peirogi, Ravioli with sauce, and Middle Eastern style flat bread with baba ganoush and hummus. Taste local wines to pair, use fresh fruits, veggies, herbs and spices from TKPR garden and visit amazing California Farmers Markets. Fire pit Mon.-Sat.

WHY A CULINARY RETREAT WITH LARISSA?
Larissa is well known for her talent and skill in the kitchen. An avid student of both of her Grandmothers and Grandfather, she has learned many traditional ethnic recipes and meals. In her own studies and pursuit of anthropological culinary history, as well as one-on-one cultural exchange, she has become adept at the preparation of many dishes from along the Silk Route.
